You can search by LCD part number for an exact match or by laptop model. When searching by model, always verify key specifications (size, resolution, and connector type). Each product page includes detailed compatibility information to help ensure accuracy.

What if I’m not sure which screen I need?
No problem. Contact our support team before placing your order, and we’ll help you identify the correct screen for your laptop.

Shipping

Where will my order ship from?
USA orders ship from the USA. Canadian orders ship from Canada. We do not ship cross-border to help avoid customs duties and import fees.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the same day (if ordered before the cut-off time 1 PM EST), excluding weekends and holidays.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery.

Installation

Can I install the screen myself?
Yes. Most laptop screens are plug-and-play and can be installed using basic tools. Installation typically takes 15–30 minutes, depending on your laptop model.

Do you provide installation guides?
We do not offer step-by-step guides for every model. However, you can easily find model-specific instructions by searching YouTube using your laptop model number (for example: “Dell Inspiron 15 3520 screen replacement”) or Google (for example: “Dell Inspiron 15 3520 service manual”).

Warranty & Returns

Do your screens include a warranty?
Yes, all screens are covered by a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functionality issues but does not cover physical or accidental damage (such as cracks, scratches, or improper installation).

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be returned unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
